RHPL swaged Hose Assy. are subjected to rigorus test after manufacture to ensure that it complies with international standards such as SAE , ISO, DIN, BS, NCB and IS.

QUALITY TEST TO ENSURE TOTAL RELIABILITY

  • BURST PRESSURE TEST - To ensure that Hose Assy. shall be capable of achieving minimum Burst pressure of 4 times the design working pressure. This test is destructive Hence only one Hose Assy. in one lot is Tested.
  • MINIMUM BEND RADIUS - Hose Assy. Shall be capable of performing at the design working pressure when curved to a radius not smaller than the given standards.
  • CHANGE IN LENGTH - To ensure that the Hose Assy. Length change at the design working pressure shall be not greater or smaller than the standard BCS-174.
  • DIMENSIONAL CHECK TEST - DIMENSIONAL CHECK TEST
  • PROOF PRESSURE TEST - - To affirm the capability of the Hose Assy. to withstand sustained working pressure.
  • LEAKAGE TEST - To ensure good Hose Compatibility.
  • VISUAL EXAMIN - To check any visible defects.
  • MINIMUM THROUGH BORE - As per BCS-174.
